School Partnerships
It has been well documented that the governments has scrapped the funding for School Sports Partnership across the country. This has left a massive sporting void in communities nationwide.
We at Foundation Sports have taken the steps to fill the void left by the governments comprehensive spending review. We believe that the pupils should not suffer and they should get the same opportunities as those before them.
Having worked closely with our schools for the past two decades we believe creating our own Foundation Sports Schools Partnership could offer the perfect sporting solution to our community. Our strong links with many of our schools means we are in a great position to help offer a unique approach to the school partnership.
With the Olympics on the horizon, now is the time to offer sport to your children.
Schools that offer sport to their children, show higher than average improvements in other fields. The ancient wisdom that a healthy body promoted a healthy mind is borne out by the data. The social benefits of giving youngsters something worthwhile to do with their time is invaluable.
School Partnership – Our aim
Each primary school will be invited to join our School Partnership. Due to the funding cuts schools will be required to pay a membership fee. The membership fee of £1000* will include:
• Invitation to 10 sports events
• 18 coaching sessions
• Personal PE Manager (optional)
18 coaching sessions
These sessions can be used at your own discretion. You may choose to have three 6 week blocks of coaching. The coaching can take place at any time during the week, after school, lunchtime, curricular or breakfast. You may decide to use the free coaching as a reward to a well behaved class or even as practice leading up to a tournament.
Invitation to 10 sports events
These events will be taking place throughout the school year on a pre-determined school day.
Personal PE manager
We will supply you with a Personal PE manager that will be on hand to assist the school and PE team with any issue you may have. The PE manager can help arrange school fixtures, arrange an intra-tournament, support with PE delivery and offer on-going support to the PE team. Your personal PE Manager will be on hand to visit your school when required and you will have 24/7 phone and email access to the PE Manager.
