Foundation Sports worked with Vision, and the healthy weight team, to develop a six week programme for primary school age children. The programme developed in to the 'MoveIT! Foundation Sports is an award-winning, multi-published company, offering highly professional sports coaching. We deliver a variety of sports, including, rugby, cricket, football, badminton and cross country running. Our work with schools sees us deliver sports coaching sessions to children of all ages and abilities from a variety of backgrounds.
We deliver coaching sessions at breakfast clubs, lunchtime clubs and after school clubs, as well as PPA Cover for teaching staff. Our coaching is based upon our published books; which provide the highest level of inclusive and diverse coaching.
Foundation Sports Shropshire allows all schools to be able to access professional coaching. We have created one of the country’s leading community schemes; by delivering educational and sports related projects in schools.
We also offer 'Cool Kids' programmes. The Cool Kids programme is aimed at developing gross motor (physical) skills, concentration, confidence and the ability to self-calm.
As is our legal obligation, and for best practice we ensure that our coaches meet all of the following criteria:

Enhanced DBS (CRB) Clearance.

Emergency First Aid Certification.

All coaches are Recognised National Governing Body NGB qualified.

Full Insurance Policy.

Public Liability – £10 million.

In addition, we have created own healthy lifestyle scheme 'MoveIT! Project'. This program works with the aim of giving children the knowledge and information which will help them to make better informed choices with regards to leading a healthy lifestyle.
