Foundation Sports are an award-winning sports coaching company that deliver high-quality sessions into schools and surrounding communities to children of all ages and abilities from a mixture of backgrounds. Our innovative programmes are the grass roots of sport. We base all of our sessions on the structured principles of fun, inclusion and learning, via our very own published curriculum and is delivered through a number of different programs:

In total, we currently deliver coaching programs to over 400 schools and in excess of 10,000 children each week.

The sessions that our coaches are delivering up and down the country come from the coaching principles laid out in our three published schemes of learning.

As we’re firm believers in the benefits of long-term planning and young athlete development, we'd like to share a sample of our scheme of learning so that you get a greater feel for how we do what we do.
 
Our first publication titled ‘101 Youth Football Coaching Sessions’ was released in 2011 has been translated into both Spanish and Russian for the wider market. It was followed up with the ‘101 Multi-skill Sports Games’ edition in 2013 and  our third and final coaching manual, ‘101 Youth Football Coaching Sessions Volume 2’ was released in 2018.
