“Having four children I have used so many different after school and holiday clubs over the years – this one is really good! Foundation Sports are fantastic with the children! They are able to manage different ages and abilities together and keep them active and interested at all times. After a session with Foundation Sports, my children are so happy and enthusiastic about their day. Most importantly, I feel my children are safe and cared for here. Don't hesitate to book; your children will love it!”
Parent – Holiday Camp
"St Thomas Garnet's have worked closely with Foundation Sports over the last year. Providing games lessons and additional club activities. They operate a very professional and high-quality service. The staff have fantastic working relationships with the children; numbers attending football and rugby clubs continue to increase. The Holiday Club is proving to be a great success. Well done!"
Head Teacher – St Thomas Garnet’s School, Bournemouth
"Clever Never Goes was really useful in Year 5 and it was eye-opening what the children thought was safe. It was useful for them to be aware that strangers can be a risk, but also those that they are familiar with. I think it really reinforced to them the need for open communication if they experience something they shouldn't. It also made them more critical of the situations they find themselves in."
Curriculum Enrichment Coordinator – Manorisde Academy, Poole
"Foundation Sports make your child/children feel confident in their abilities to push themselves to the best that they can be. My son absolutely loves the After School Clubs and the Holiday Clubs. It is all he ever talks about. I couldn’t recommend Josh and his team enough (10 stars)."

34% of 11-year-olds are now obese – and this alarming percentage is on the rise! Our unique 6-week 'MoveIT! Project' has been developed to make children active and healthier during the course – and long-term. To help in achieving this outcome, we include the children's parents and guardians, inviting them to join us during the last week; the facts we supply generally delivers a real shock and motivates them to improve their children's diet and increase their activity levels.
Sports Ambassador Courses
This course is aimed at improving children’s leadership and creativity skills. We teach children how to play basic games during their lunchtime, and add to these sessions, using their own ideas and session plans. At the end of the course we select Sports Ambassadors and reward them with a Foundation Sports T-shirt and medal.
